From time to time the Big Dollop lets his curiosity get the better of him and has occasion to check out his "Stat Porn" figures - more in order to see where my visitors are from rather than the actual numbers clicking onto my homepage.
Happy Australia Day
It is unsurprising to me that the majority of those visitors are from the UK, followed by the United States, Canada and Australia, therefore I would beg your indulgence for a moment and signal out those from the land of OZ who tomorrow the 26th of January will celebrate the establishment of the first settlement at Port Jackson in 1788, (now part of Sydney) in what is now known as Australia Day.
To the dozen or so very regular readers of my humble blog who hail from down under please accept my sincere wish for you to have a happy and peaceful holiday - go on throw a few steaks on the Barbee and enjoy the delights of a few tinneys.
